My reservation number is 307_39234910.
I upgraded my ncl ocean view stateroom from og to oa and paid the upgrade difference 2 days ago as wells full payment for Alaska cruise on one condition that they keep old hotel promotion and onboard credit. They said they will. I had 200 usd on board credit with the old reservation that was added dec 31 2014 by orbitz in written form.
When they upgraded, old link they sent me with written 200 usd disappeared and only new reservation is showing even in my old email that had 200 usd in written form (ncl had this
promotion going on in dec ) .
Now I am seeing only 50 usd onboard credit.
I asked orbitz to honor the onboard credit that was promised before the upgrade or go back to original reservation and refund the difference with full 200 usd onboard credit added back as was in orginal dec booking.
Unable to reach orbitz customer service, putting me on hold for 30 min last 3 days but no one is coming online. If I say i want to book new cruise, immediately they come online.
Pl. help resolve this. Thank you !
