  • Worse customer service ever

    They booked me a hotel online when I only checked availability didn't even hit book just was logged into my account. When I noticed that I got charged I quickly cancelled and they said I would get full refund. Then got cancellation email saying I was getting no refund. Then called and was told I would get a full refund. I never did so I called back and got screamed at by employees who I spoke with. They then sent me to a supervisor who not only didn't give me full refund but thought a voucher worth half what I paid would fix it. While not giving me refund and giving me voucher she... More...

  • Orbitz.com worst on line travel agent do not use!

    I recently booked international flights on orbitz. They allowed for a courtesy cancellation so not being sure of travel plans I canceled several times before finally booking. Website said fees 100% refundable but got charged $20.97 service charge each time which was never listed on original fees. I called customer service 3 times, wait >30 mins.   • Fabulous hotel stay.

    Stayed six days at the Sheraton Harrisburg Hershey Hotel in Harrisburg. It's a wonderful place to stay with the best employees ever. Extremely accommodating, cleanest rooms, best restaurant - Dog and Pony Restaurant with a fantastic cook. Girls at the front desk were wonderful and the waitress' in the restaurant were fantastic.     Just wanted to let you know that I had great customer service by a young gentleman named Kyle badge#47459 on Oct. 6th, 2011. The web-site for Fairfield Inn gave me some problems so I decided to call Orbitz for help. Kyle had some problems as well but he was very curteous and patient and got the rooms booked for me.   • Awesome Customer Service

    I booked with orbitz today and both reps I dealt with were awesome, going out of their way to help, even when there was a computer error. I was angry at first when I saw I had economy tickets after booking business class, but when i contacted orbitz, they were extremely helpful and i recieved a response very quickly. We haven't travelled yet but if today is any indication, i know orbitz will take care of me. More...

    I recently booked a business trip on Orbitz, and the only ticket I could get at the last minute was non-refundable. Sadly, due to the Iceland volcano, my ticket was cancelled by the airline. Though normally I would take the Orbitz credit toward my next vacation, I had to pay the company back. Orbitz gave me a full refund minus the $10 booking fee. It took about 2 minutes on online chat.   • I love Orbitz

    I saw that someone had posted a negative review of Orbitz. com. I have to say that I use them several times a year and have found them incredible. A year ago, they went to bat for me for two days when an airline divided our flying group to Mexico so that we had to drive back half a day later and pick up our other half. Orbitz spent a grueling amount of time on this; though we didn't get our seats changed, the airline knew who we were each time we checked in for a leg of the flight and finally offered part of our party a free night and flight if we wanted to wait for the rest of the...     Good work Orbitz.com on providing some special and prices that I just could not find anywhere else. Your customer service when their is a problem is very good and i appreciate that you seem to care about customers more then some travel sites that i have used. Your prices are always better also.
