My husband is on a trip to California for a family funeral. I booked his rental car on Orbits, though I usually use travelocity. Searched "John Wayne airport" and booked it, though the confirmation said a Santa Ana address, rather than the airport name. I thought, okay, the airport is in Santa Ana, so this must be the airport address, or it's one of those rental car places just next to the airport. First, not at the airport; 3. Miles away, requires cab ride. Second, that agency has NO cars left. They did not hold a car. Have never had this problem with dozens of reservations... More...
