    Hi, I made a reservation for my trip to Dallas at Orbitz.com. After reserving the flight tickets Orbitz offered me to rent a car. I checked the different options and selected Advantage.     Recently someone posted a review about the Country Inns & Suites Cedar Bluff of Knoxville. They stated that they were disappointed that there was not a microwave in the entire hotel.     I booked my reservation at the Bay Inn Hotel in Tawas Mi on October 3, 2014 for two night October 15 and 16, 2014. Gave my debit card # to confirm reservation. Upon arriving in Tawas I was informed that they had no record of my reservation.     My wife and I booked a trip to Ireland. We wanted to meet in Chicago with another couple who is going on the vacation with us but traveling from their home in another state.     Orbitz customer service reps lied to is several times telling us our seats had been changed so they were together as the website would not confirm. Seat change never resolved.     We rented a car in Germany. Orbitz sold at the same time Allianz insurance. We bought that. But when we came to Stuttgart, Dollar told us that they do not accept that insurance, nor our credit card rental car insurance. We HAD to buy the dollar insurance. Consequence: twice the price.     Orbitz charged me the hotel compensation fee the hotel owed Orbitz. I was charged $396 for booking through Orbitz and the hotel only charged $319 according to the invoice.
