Free excusion - Orbitz is involved in fraud
I booked my cruise through Orbitz.com in May, 2011. The promotions are free excursion or hotel ($70 value). I chose the excursion for our trip, unfortunately the excursion was canceled. I tried to talk to Orbitz.com customer service(manager)for applying the credit to future hotel credit, they said "no". There is high change that excursion could be canceled because of weather condition in the sea. That's why I say "free excursion" offer is mostly a scam!!! Please learn the lesson from me!
