Never recieved refund - Reservation at Lexington Hotel


I reserved a hotel stay in Florida for July at the Lexington Hotel. Something came to the point I need to cancel my hotel stay. I have been trying to cancel my hotel stay and get my refund back since May 9th. I have been getting the run around about my refund they have been telling me that the systems is down or they are being updated and they can't pull up my account. I have called Orbitz 16 times now trying to get my money back. I have talked to several operators and supervisors they will act like they resolved my issue but still my refund has not came back on my credit card. I feel like they don't want to give me my money and they don't honor there cancellation policy.
