Orbitz is a rip off, they mess up & make u pay for their mistakes


Orbitz lies when u ask to cancel or change flights, by far the worst after they messed up my times... Sooo Irate & dissapointed .... Really get u for ya $$$$... You're better off going through a direct airline then orbits especially if you're trying to visit family or anything of that nature that's important don't count on them for shit

However, the airline change/penalty fee, as well as any fare difference, is collected by the airline according to their fare rules. Please understand, Orbitz must adhere to the airline fare rules at all times, only the airline can waive airline fees.
