Orbitz sucks


Never deal with Orbitz again. I have been a loyal customer to this 3rd party company since 2004. I spoke to a representative about a flight change within a 24 hr grace period. I was informed to call back the next day. When I called back the next day I was no longer able to have a "courtesy" cancellation. Guess what ....we can hold this flight for future and apply a $150 rebooking fee....$30 fee...although it was our company's fault. Also, let's tell you it is the airline's fault USAirways....USAirways blames Orbitz. Lesson learned. I will book a flight directly via Delta and Southwest. Fool me once shame on you, Fool me twice shame on me.
