Mistakenly spelled name wrong for someone booked flight for. Immediately noticed it & called Orbitz. They assured me it was fixed and I would receive email confirming this. Never received email so called back. Was again ASSURED name fixed and they even sent me an email stating that it was fixed with the airline (Delta). When friends arrived at airport to board, they are told NO because the name was spelled wrong! They missed flight! Called Orbitz and they said we would have to pay $50 per passenger to Delta to fix this, when they had assured me the week before that it was fixed! NEVER, EVER, EVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEM!!!!
