Terrible customer service - Orbitz.com


I tried to book a flight for 4 people on the orbitz web site. Since it was two father and sons with the same names it didn't work. Two were Jrs. I called customer support and they wanted to charge me $25.00 to book the flight for me. It was their issue with the site and they would not do the right thing and waive the fee. I told her that I would use a different site to book the flight and she hung up on me. I did book the flight through Hotwire.
