My husband made a reservation for a flight and car rental for Guadalajara, Mexico. When he made the reservation he was told he needed a credit card. We don't have one we only have our debit card wiht the visa logo and orbitz stated that that card would be ok. Once, my husband went to pick up the car at the airport he was not able to because he didn't have a credit card. Therefore, they cancelled his car rental. I called Orbitz in order to get a refund and they still took $25.00 for the cancellation even though it was not our fault because it was their policy. It they weren't able to get the $25.00 cancellation fee they would not refund us at all.
