overcharged me - PBORB9402437414


i booked a hotel on orbitz.com jan 29,2012 for 59.99 for room total 67.25..reservstion date for feb 4,2012..my card was charged and the following day. at check-in the printed me a receipt for 51.99. orbits overcharged me by $8 for the room. when i called in to let them know the (foreign) lady hung up on me. $8 is not thst serious so im not calling back. but orbitz doesnt hold up to their "price match" gurantee

Did you ever get this resolved? I am having issues as well, and wish now that I would have never booked through Orzitz either..yeah, its orbitz alright ..They are in outer-space and don't seem to understand a thing I say! I was had to pay $300 for the mistake of one of the agents, and trying to get it resolved..to no avail!! :( They must have been talking to 2 customers and sent my info to another email, as well as my registered number..and had me on the wrong flight..but to change my flight (which wasn't mine) I had to pay $300..THEY TOTALLY SUCK!!
