terrible - AIRLINE TICKETS
through Orbitz I booked a multi-part set of flights - Newark to Paris, and then to Vienna to Tel Aviv, and then return to Newark. At every airport my flight information did not exist and I had to stand in lines and then explain over and over that I booked through Orbitz, and with help I would get on the flight. Then the same thing would happen at the next airport. Orbitz acknowledged in an e-mail that they made a mistake and my information wasn't transmitted properly to the different airlines. I feel I should receive a full refund for the amount of aggravation and time I've had. Orbitz is awful and I won't use them again and I'll make sure that everyone I know never uses them.
