02/15/ 2014 I have made a reservation with Orbitz.com for a 2-night hotel on 04/13-14/2014 (non-refundable). I thought it is ONLY non-refundable from the hotel since Orbitz.com always advice their customers should make cancellation or change the reservation with Orbitz.com.

So, on 02/24/2014 I have tried to cancel this reservation online, it surprised me since Orbitz.com accepted my cancellation. But couple days later, I did not see that the refund back to my credit card. I have contacted Orbitz.com, I was told that no refund for my cancellation. I also asked Orbitz.com to restore my reservation back, but it is No Way as Orbitz.com’s customer service said.

I am very disappointed with Orbitz.com. It looks like they steal money from customer when they accept the cancellation but no refund provided.
