Hi
I would like to check with you on my booking. It seemed that the total amount was deducted twice from my bank account. I have called my bank and they have ask me to request to release the amount to me which was made under transaction ref T06892. The full amount for my 4 return air tickets to Korea was collected but there's another sum held up in my bank account by your company. This is my ref number from the confirmation email

Please check and assist urgently.

Also may I ask why is the amount not sgd830 as seen from the website but sgd 860 per ticket as deducted from my bank account.
