Orbitz cannot fix a problem with flight cancelation which should be simple. - Joe

Airline cancelled a flight, Orbitz unable to help. referred me back to Airlines. Airlines could not help because Orbitz was last to modify the reservation. Round and round, with Orbitz having the longest wait times, hold times, and frustrating phone system. They need to hire more customer service reps. I blame management for poor customer service policies. This is five (5) hours spent on phone, mostly with Orbitz, who cannot seem to fix a simple problem by reissuing/rebooking the ticket. Clearly they do not want my business.
