Worse customer service ever


They booked me a hotel online when I only checked availability didn't even hit book just was logged into my account. When I noticed that I got charged I quickly cancelled and they said I would get full refund. Then got cancellation email saying I was getting no refund. Then called and was told I would get a full refund. I never did so I called back and got screamed at by employees who I spoke with. They then sent me to a supervisor who not only didn't give me full refund but thought a voucher worth half what I paid would fix it. While not giving me refund and giving me voucher she was condescending and rude.
