Four hours on the phone and then told the wrong information
Never, Never, Never use Orbitz.. Pay more elsewhere. It will be worth it. We booked airline tickets and had to cancel/change due to an illness in the family. We were on hold for almost 4 hours trying to get a change. Then, in the end, the agent gave totally wrong... More...
