Four hours on the phone and then told the wrong information
Never, Never, Never use Orbitz.. Pay more elsewhere. It will be worth it. We booked airline tickets and had to cancel/change due to an illness in the family. We were on hold for almost 4 hours trying to get a change. Then, in the end, the agent gave totally wrong information to us. I don't know if it was a deliberate lie or just incompetence, but it was wrong information and cost us big money. We ended up making a decision that we would not have made if we had been given the correct information. And no one seems to care. I will never use them again and advise everyone else to do the same.
