Dreadful experience with Orbitz, NEVER again!


Will never book again with Orbitz. Their customer relations department did not respond to even one of the three emails I sent over a six day period. Ground transportation was not included in our All-inclusive vacation, so it was not all-inclusive and I queried Orbitz about this. Discourteous not to respond. Will deal with a reputable company next time I spend my thousands of dollars!!
